Our project offers a total of 18 residential units on two floors. They are designed in the most optimal orientation to the east, west, and south. Almost all apartments provide the exclusivity of front gardens, terraces, or balconies. Their layouts are varied, and you can choose from a wide range of sizes, from 2+kk to 3+kk. The green courtyard, with the possibility of sitting, active, or passive rest in the private atrium area, which is accessible to unit owners, will be appreciated by all age groups. Dvůr Mělnická also counts on ensuring a sufficient number of parking spaces in the area of the private parking lot and, thus, the convenient use of motor vehicles.
